RiFlex GmbH Schlauchproduktion is a medium-sized family owned company established in 2004 by René Richter.

The top priority is and was to manufacture flexible hoses of high quality for the sanitary & HVAC industries.

To fulfill the request of our customer to receive superior quality products, we manufacture our flexible hoses exclusively in Germany.

Besides mass production RiFlex GmbH is also specialized in small series production. Thus we provide a one-stop service to our customers demand of different types of flexible hoses.

 

History

2018 Second construction phase
A second hall for production and storage has been added to the new headquarters.

2016 New company headquarters
Decided in 2015, the move-in into the new company headquarters was done in this September. With the option to triple the size of the surface, RiFlex is also well set for further growth.

2015 Upgrade of the warehouse
Increase of the warehouse capacity by 25%.

2014 Complete automation
Doubling of the production capacity by upgrading the fully automatic production installation.

2013 Upgrade of the warehouse
Implementing of automatic dispatch work stations and set-up of a high rack storage area.

2012 Complete automation
Launch of the new automatic production installation for flexible hoses.

2011 Upgrade of the warehouse and production
Warehouse and production surface increased by 250 sqm.

2009 Relocation of the production
In 2008 it became obvious that the production and warehouse facilities would be to small for the foreseeable future. Thus 2009 the production was relocated to Falkensee. The new facilities included a production and warehouse area of 464 sqm and an administrative and employee facility of 90 sqm.

Founding 2004
In a small factory building of 250 sqm in Nauen, RiFlex GmbH was founded.
